Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
